Weight loss tips for people on the go!
Since my early 20s I've dreamed of a quick and efficient
method of losing weight - and, more importantly, a way to
achieve this goal with a minimal amount of physical activity .
Don't get me wrong, I'm not adverse to physical activity, I
simply don't have the time I had 10 years ago, or even two
years ago. Between chauffeuring the kids, building my
business and going back to college - I'm hard pressed for
time to say the least!
My solution? I modified my usual 30-minute workouts into
a series of ten minute mini-morning workouts (I prefer
exercising in the morning as it gives me a boost for the rest
of the day).
Here are a few suggestions:
WORKOUT VIDEOS
AEROBICISE THROUGH ONE COMPLETE SONG.
JUMPING JACKS OR JUMP ROAP
RUNNING IN PLACE
BELLY DANCE or YOGA
SAFETY while working out is important. A good rule of
thumb to follow when exercising is: "If you can't hold a
conversation without gasping for air, you're overdoing it!"
Slow down and return to exercising later.
You can alter your favorite workout session in a similar
fashion to those described above.
Remember, that 10 minutes A DAY is better than nothing at
all!
