Spagetti in Spicy Meat Sauce

Hungry for some homecooking but don't have the patience for long complicated recipes? If you're like most single ladies today homecooking is a holiday treat, those that have the cooking knack lack the time needed to prepare a fulfilling meal, and the rest of us......,well lets just say lack aptitude. Well here's a quick delicious recipe for spagetti even a cooking newbie can prepare in less than 30 minutes.On a low-fat diet? Don't worry this recipe can sustain substitutions, instead of the beef and pork use ground chicken or turkey. Also we used a non-stick spray olive oil instead of the usual bottle kind, combining the two low-fat suggestions should reduce the meal's fat by 23 grams!

1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup of chopped celery
1/4 cup of green peppers
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
1/4 cup of mushrooms
4oz. of ground pork sausage
4oz. of ground beef
2 medium tomatoes cut into cubes
4oz. can of Italian tomato paste(or sauce with Italian seasoning)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
1 small package of dried spagetti
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

Mix all the ingredients together except the meat in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat for 15 minutes. Fry the meat until browned, pour off grease. Combine the meat in the tomato mixture and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Bring pot of water to boil then add spagetti. Once spagetti is tender drain water. Place spagetti on plate then add meat and sauce mixture, sprinkling the two cheeses over the top. VOILA it's ready!
