Craving something sweet? Here's a quick treat without the fat and packed with vitmains.
1/4 of medium watermelon (minus the pulp and seeds)
2 lemons (minus the peeling and seeds)
2 limes (minus the peelings and seeds)
1 Granny Smith apple (minus the peelings and seeds)
Cut all the ingredients into chucks. Add the watermelon
chunks to blender, blend on low for one minute. Add
apple,lemon, and lime chunks with watermelon. Mix until a
smooth mixture then pour into a plastic container and let
chill in freezer for two hours.
Try it without the watermelon it's just as good!
